Formed out of the merger of several family offices, KTN operates in three distinct business sectors; real estate, healthcare, and strategic investments in emerging markets. Based in London, we have an active presence in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Latin America. Our businesses are either wholly owned and managed subsidiaries or joint – ventures with trusted partners.

KTN Care has been investing in European healthcare assets since 1987. Our original corporate motto still remains fundamental to our business, “Where care comes first.” All our managers and staff take pride in delivering the highest person centered services across the entire portfolio which includes provision for nursing, supported living and home care.
KTN Care has direct investment in both residential and nursing settings, providing care for the following Care Quality Commission categories of Service Users:

We understand that housing is not an abstract asset class and sustainable value is derived from a deep commitment to improving the built environment for the people who live and work in our developments.
We look for opportunities to create unique, differentiated projects through development and regeneration of properties, where we can generate long term value through the enhancement of real assets.
By measuring our investment by absolute returns, in cash on cash terms, our investment criteria is not subject to wider market fluctuations. By exercising strict prudence we neither chase asset bubbles nor use market downturns as an excuse for analytical failure.
Our rigorous investment underwriting, goes beyond balance sheet appraisals and projected cash-flows. By understanding the broader macro trends of demographic and lifestyle demands as well as the micro, site specific constraints of real assets – we can form a critical and independent assessment of real estate projects. We are currently developing sites in prime locations in global cities in partnership with some of the world’s most exciting architectural and design practices.
